Full-time position available for the in-house MEP Engineering Group within a growing multi-disciplinary Architectural and Engineering Firm, working with Projects on a nationwide basis. Successful candidates must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Commercial Building Systems design and possess the following qualifications:

BSME from ABET accredited school, PE Registration is a plus.
Proficient in AutoCAD. Experience with Project Navigator and release 2010 and above is preferred.
Knowledge of Carrier HAP software.
Working knowledge of National Codes and design guidelines.
Knowledge of Florida Energy Code Software is a plus.
Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite of tools.
Broad experience with Commercial Building Systems. Hotel Building design is a plus.
Solid knowledge of Building HVAC load calculations and equipment selection.
Experience in Commercial Plumbing and Fire Protection design.
Experience with Construction Administration, Shop Drawing review, Responding to RFI’s,
Job-Site Inspections etc. is a plus.
Skilled problem solving.
Excellent communication skills - both oral and written.
