Dacula City Core

This project consists of developing a 15,203-acre site with a new 42,732 s.f. 4-story steel frame City Hall Building on concrete foundations and retaining walls, a 5-level pre-cast concrete Parking Deck, and an open-air Amphitheater with two restroom buildings.
